盐焗虾 / Baked Salted Shripms

买到新鲜的海虾,只需用到三种调味料,就能做出一道超简单又鲜香的盐焗虾。

材料 :

400 克       中型海虾

调味料 :

11/2 小匙  海盐
1 大匙        料酒
适量           现磨黑胡椒

做法:

1.虾剪去虾须,洗净后沥干水。

2. 把虾放入碗里,加入调味料后翻拌均匀。

3. 将虾整齐地排放在已加热的炒锅,盖上锅盖,以大火焗三分钟后,开锅盖,然后将虾翻面再焗三分钟。

4. 鲜艳诱人的盐焗虾出锅了~~~

You only need three types of seasoning to make this simple and yet delicious baked shrimps.

Ingredients :

400 g   Medium size shrimps

Seasonings :

11/2 tsp     Sea salt
1 tbsp         Cooking wine
Some          Freshly ground black pepper

Method :

1. Use a scissor to cut off the shrimps'a legs,wash and drain well.

2. Season the shrimps well with the seasonings.

3. Heat the pan with medium to high heat,add the shrimps in the pan (with the wine) cover and cook for 3 minutes. Turn the shrimps and cook for further 3 minutes .

4. Flavourful baked shrimps is ready to be served ~~~
