香蕉蛋糕 / Banana Bread

这款柔软湿润的香蕉蛋糕肯定会让你爱不释手 😃而且超容易做哦!

预热烤箱 170度(上下火)

材料:                              
8 条 熟香蕉,用叉子压成泥
300g 细砂糖
225g 无盐牛油,融化
250g 酸奶
4个 鸡蛋,用叉子稍微打发
400g 自发面粉
1小匙 苏打粉
1/4小匙 盐
100g 核桃

用具: 8” x 5" 长型烤模2 个,涂油,底部垫油纸

做法:
1. 将面粉、苏打粉和盐混合筛到一个大碗里。

2. 面粉中间开洞,倒入酸奶、鸡蛋、融化牛油和香蕉泥,用打蛋器轻轻搅拌数下后加入核桃再搅拌。(蛋糕混合料还可看到一些面粉是正常的,搅拌过度会使烤好的蛋糕发硬)

3.倒入烤模,放进烤箱烤50分钟至1小时。



Banana Bread

Preheat the oven at 170 deg Celcious (top and bottom)

Ingredients:                           
8 pcs Ripened banana, use a fork to mash
300g Castor sugar
225g Unsalted butter, melted
250g Plain yogurt 
4 pcs Egg, lightly beaten
400g Self raising flour
1tsp Baking soda
1/4tsp Salt
100g Walnuts

Two  8” x 5" loaf pans, greased and line the bottom with baking paper

Method:
1. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt into a big bowl.

2. Make a hole in the centre of the flour mixture,add in yogurt,lightly beaten eggs, melted butter and mashed bananas and use a whisk to fold lightly . Then fold in the walnuts.(over mixing of the cake batter will cause a flat and hard cake)

3.Pour into the loaf pans and bake for 59 minutes to an hour.
